Reception, meeting room and washrooms shape the first impression. We clean these areas at the frequency your footfall requires and schedule the work so that nobody is disturbed. What gets cleaned is set out in a written specification, clear to both sides.
What office cleaning includes
The exact scope is agreed during the site visit and set out in a written specification. Typical tasks are:
Offices and workstations
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Damp-wipe clear desk surfaces, shelves and window sills
- Clean door handles, light switches and phones
- Vacuum carpets, damp-mop hard floors
- Wipe chairs and seating
Washrooms and kitchenette
- Toilets, urinals, basins and taps
- Mirrors and splash-zone tiles
- Restock soap, paper and hygiene supplies
- Sink, worktops and cupboard fronts
- Fridge, microwave and dishwasher by arrangement
Shared areas
- Reception and waiting area
- Meeting rooms
- Corridors, stairs and lift
- Remove fingerprints from glass doors and partitions
- Waste separation according to building rules
How often we clean
Frequency depends on headcount, visitor traffic and use. Many offices combine daily work in washrooms and kitchens with less frequent cleaning of rooms that see little use, so you only pay for what is actually needed. A typical example:
- Daily: Washrooms, kitchenette, bins, high-traffic floors
- 2–3× a week: Offices with little visitor traffic
- Weekly: Workstations, doors, radiators
- Quarterly: Glass surfaces, deep cleaning of floors
Frequently asked questions
Do you clean outside office hours?+
Yes. Most of our clients have cleaning done early in the morning or in the evening. Key and alarm handover is agreed in writing.
How is confidentiality handled?+
Our staff are bound to confidentiality. Documents and screens are left untouched.
Is there a minimum size?+
No. We look after single office floors as well as entire office buildings.
Can we adjust the scope later?+
Yes. If occupancy or use changes, we adjust scope and frequency and confirm the new price in writing.
Who provides cleaning products and equipment?+
We do. Cleaning products, machines and consumables are included. On request we also restock soap, paper and hygiene supplies.
Do you also clean windows and carpets?+
Yes. Window and glass cleaning and deep cleaning of floors and carpets are separate services, available on their own or within the same contract.
