Back to the starting point
Even with careful routine cleaning, residues build up over time: in floor pores, grout and fittings. A deep clean removes old care layers, cleans mechanically and rebuilds the protective finish. Afterwards the property can be kept clean with normal effort again.
What deep cleaning includes
Deep cleaning removes what routine cleaning cannot. We agree the scope after the site visit. Typically:
Floors
- Machine cleaning of vinyl, linoleum, tiles and natural stone
- Stripping old polish layers
- Re-sealing depending on floor type
- Carpet cleaning
- Skirting boards
Washrooms and kitchen
- Descaling tiles, taps and showers
- Grout cleaning
- Kitchen appliances inside and out
- Removing grease deposits
Rooms and furnishings
- Radiators, doors and frames
- Light switches and socket covers
- Cupboards inside and out by arrangement
- Lamps and high-level surfaces
When deep cleaning makes sense
Typical occasions are moving in or out, the end of a renovation, or a worn floor that needs to be restored. With regular maintenance cleaning, a deep clean once or twice a year is usually enough.
- Before moving in or after moving out: handover in clean condition
- After renovation: dust, residues, floors
- Annually: in offices and practices
- Before re-sealing: so the new finish lasts
Frequently asked questions

Once or twice a year depending on load, more often for heavily used areas.
Does work have to stop?+
No. We work section by section or at weekends so your operation continues.
Is it included in the cleaning contract?+
Deep cleaning is normally quoted separately. On request we include it as an annual item.
How long does deep cleaning take?+
It depends on area, floor type and soiling. After the site visit we state the duration in the quote. Larger areas are done in sections so your business can keep running.
